Postage & Packaging

A single Post, Packing & Administration (PP&A) charge – including 20% UK Vat – is added to each complete order during the shopping process, based on the value of goods being purchased.

 

It is charged on this basis for its simplicity – many of our products are direct despatched from various manufacturers around the UK, so it would be complex and usually more expensive to charge on a per item basis.

Delivery can be arranged to countries outside the UK for most of our products – add the product to your basket then select the destination country from the menu and the cost for that item will appear if international delivery is available for the product selected.

 

PLEASE NOTE: Terms for Delivery outside the UK (GB, NI & Channel Islands)

Whilst we are able to dispatch products to addresses outside the UK, we are unable to accept liability for lost or damaged goods in these instances. The cost of insuring and/or tracking these deliveries would render the total cost of the order unaffordable to the majority of our customers.
 
All our products are of course packaged to withstand the usual rough & tumble of Royal Mail’s postal services, but we are conscious that some international services are less reliable than others.
