Good news regarding Delft Plates & Tiles despatched.

We have now received confirmation that more than 50 Plates & Tiles were despatched last Friday, 8th October - so these should be reaching our customers within the next day or two.

We have also received assurances that everything is being done to make further inroads into the backlog of orders from July.

However, it's now likely that orders placed within the first couple of weeks of August will also be affected by the unusual delay, so we will be contacting those customers individually to update them.
