We have been advised that the only plates despatched on 1st October, were those that were remade due to errors or breakage. We have yet to be advised whether any orders were despatched on 8th October, but we have been re-assured that everything is being done to ensure that the plates will be sent as soon as feasible. Naturally, we are hoping very much that there will be a significant number despatched this coming Friday, but we are in the end very much in the hands of the Dutch manufacturer.

Anyone who does not wish to continue to wait, can of course choose to cancel their order, and they will be refunded in full.

Unfortunately, it's now likely that orders placed in the first 2 weeks of August will also be affected by the delay, so we will be endeavouring to contact those customers individually over the next few days.
