In addition to Friday 23rd October & Saturday 24th October, Royal Mail have now announced strikes from Thursday 29th October to Saturday 1st November.

The strikes are 'rolling' - they do not affect all services on all of these dates - but it will mean delays in delivery of packages during what is the busiest time of year for us all.

Nonetheless, we believe that any orders placed by 30th November should still be delivered in time for Christmas, notwithstanding an announcement of permanent strike action.

Unfortunately, given the nature of our business - the size & value of individual items we sell - it does not justify the significant extra cost of courier services, so we really have no other choice than Royal Mail.

We sincerely hope that you, our customers, will bear with us during this period, and continue to place orders with us.
